STORY

963 cooks from a Levantine diaspora that never stayed in one place. We take the Syrian, Lebanese and Palestinian recipes we grew up with and give ourselves the freedom to reinterpret them.

The ingredients come from the Levant. The dishes may look new, but the flavours will feel like home. A celebration of Levantine culture, in the heart of Berlin.

ABOUT

963 is named after the country code for Syria, a number we dialed countless times to connect with our roots, our heritage. As a third-culture family, we grew up bridging worlds, but +963 always meant “home,” a place of warmth, love, and belonging.
